  • What areas of Mallorca do you cover?

    We currently operate in Mallorca, including Andratx, Santa Ponsa, Calvià, Bendinat and surrounding areas.

    If your villa is located outside this zone, feel free to contact us – we may be able to assist or recommend a partner.

  • What is included in your service packages?

    Each package includes a fixed number of monthly visits and core services such as garden maintenance, property checks, irrigation control, and seasonal care. Depending on the package, you may also choose from a list of add-on services tailored to your needs. You can find detailed package descriptions on our website.

  • Can I change my package or services during the contract?

    Yes. Our contracts run for 12 months, but we understand that property needs can change. You are welcome to upgrade or adjust your package after the initial period, or request additional services at any time for an extra fee.

  • What happens if I'm not on the island?

    That’s exactly what we’re here for. We take care of your property in your absence and provide regular updates via WhatsApp or email. Optional photo documentation is also available. You can rely on us to be your eyes and hands on-site.

  • Do you offer emergency call-outs?

    Yes. Our Premium Package includes one emergency visit per month. For all other packages, emergency call-outs are available on request for a separate fee. We aim to be on-site within 24–48 hours depending on the situation.

  • Do I need to provide tools or equipment?

    Yes. To ensure full transparency and simplicity, clients provide access to the necessary gardening tools or equipment (e.g. mower, hedge trimmer, hose). We can advise you on what’s needed and help you keep it well-maintained.
