Irrigation system check & scheduling
We check functionality, adjust timers, and report issues.

Outdoor furniture care
Cleaning & storing cushions, repositioning after storms.

Storm & heavy rain check-ups
Extra inspections after bad weather to report possible damage or flooding.

Air circulation visits
Regular opening of windows & shutters to avoid mold in unused homes.

Pool surface check
Not full pool maintenance, but surface check for leaves, water level & visible issues.

Pre-arrival & post-departure service
E.g. opening shutters, setting temperature, airing rooms, turning on lights.

Mail collection & forwarding
We collect your mail and forward it to you on request.

Coordination of service providers
We let in gardeners, technicians, delivery services and supervise basic work.

Inventory & fridge check
Before arrival: checking essentials, stocking water, wine or fresh fruits.
